The Marina basin is tidal with an average tidal amplitude of just over one meter and a maximal tidal range of 2.9 meters. It is planned to deploy floating concrete docks. The Marina basin boasts an average tidal depth of 4 meters and a minimal depth of 3 meters.

The channel in the river leading to the sea has been excavated to LLW -2m which gives it an average tidal depth of 3 - 4 m allowing unlimited access to all but the deepest drawing vessels in the lowest of tides.

Berths will provide utilities such as electricity and water right to each berth.
