Siam Royal View offers properties at two major locations (Koh Chang and Pattaya) and a number of secondary locations.
Since the projects are so large, there are many choices with regard to the location of your individual plot of land within the Siam Royal View village:
Do you like
- Large or small plot?
- Panoramic views or secluded tropical gardens?
- Flat or sloped terrain?
- Sunset or sunrise side?
- Beachfront or hillside?
- Shadow or lots of plain sun?
- Near a public pool?
- Riverfront with boat mooring, or adjacent to jungle?
- Near a restaurant, village entrance, or far from activity?
- Quiet versus close to the main road?
Whatever your preferences, chances are very high that our customer service team can find the perfect plot for you.

Once you have made up your mind around these questions, please note that each villa type is designed and suitable for certain types of plots. Therefore, it may be that, depending on the plot you choose, certain villa types may not be advisable or not possible.
Our sales team will be happy to assist you in making the best choices for your individual needs.
There are two possibilities for you to start:
- Choose an available plot of land first, and select the villa type that fits well with that particular plot of land and with your interior living needs.
- identify your living needs, choose a villa type that fits those, and select the fitting land plot afterwards.

All villa types have a flexible design which allows for room and space adjustments to fit individual requirements. Some customers require more bedrooms, some customers like larger living space or larger terrace or garden. We have a wide choice of already prepared variants for each villa type, and further adjustments can be made based on your requirements.
Once these choices are made, continue with reservation and contract signing.

After these basic choices are made, the Siam Royal View After-Sales Team will assist you in choosing the interior outfit and decoration of your home:
Paint colors, tiles and natural stones, bathroom and kitchen furniture and fittings, lighting, doors and locks, air conditioners, etc. etc. will be selected from the Siam Royal View Showroom and/or from selected Third Party Vendor Catalogs, to fit your individual taste and to make your home very special.
