Siam Royal View is a specialist company working at the leading edge of luxury Thailand property development. The company was founded in 2004 and today forms an entire group of companies including:

The Siam Royal View Group employs, seasonally, between 300 and 800 people and is one of the largest, most reputable and successful high end villa property developers in Thailand.

The Group currently has two major active projects under development with a total of over 600 property units. These comprise of our Pattaya development consisting of high quality housing which overlook the beach metropolis of Thailand’s fastest growing city and our landmark Koh Chang project, comprising some of the most stunning beach villas in Thailand. In addition, the Siam Royal group has lined up a land bank of stunning locations for future projects.
The Siam Royal View Group is privately owned and largely equity and cash flow financed with very little debt.
