Siam Royal View was founded in 2004 and today forms an entire Group of
- project land holding companies,
- construction companies (construction operations, architecture, etc.), and
- service companies (maintenance, hospitality)
all trading under the Siam Royal View brand name. Each of these companies fulfils an important role in order to provide a complete overall service to the customer.
The Siam Royal View Group employs, seasonally between 300 and 1,200 people and is one of the largest, most reputable and successful high end villa property developers in Thailand.

The Group currently has 2 major active projects under development with a total of over 600 property units, and additionally has lined up a land bank of stunning locations for future projects.
The Siam Royal View Group is privately owned and largely equity and cash flow financed with very little debt.
